Upper-Tier High Yield Bond Funds



Americayield

Focuses on dollar denominated credits issued by North American corporations with a minimum rating of B3/B-. The fund is prudently diversified over more than 150 issuers and 30 industries with an average credit rating of BB-/B+ and duration of approximately 3.5 to 4.5 years.

The fund, which is our Flagship fund, was launched in 1998. It traces its track record back to the 1990 launch of Penates, Americayield's predecessor offshore fund.

Americayield is available in both dollar and euro share classes.

Europeyield

Focuses on euro denominated credits issued by European corporations with a minimum rating of B3/B-. The fund is generally diversified over more than 50 credits and 20 industries with an average credit rating of B+ and duration of approximately 3.5 to 4.5 years.

Transatlanticyield

Focuses on euro and dollar denominated credits issued by North American and European corporations with a minimum rating of B3/B-. The fund is about 80% invested in U.S. credit and about 20% invested in European credits.

Transatlanticyield is prudently diversified over more than 150 issuers and 30 industries with an average credit rating of BB-/B+ and duration of approximately 3.5 to 4.5 years.

Transatlanticyield is available in both sterling and euro share classes.


Short - Term Corporate Bond Fund


Enhancedyield Short-Term Fund

Is a low risk short-term corporate bond fund with an investment grade average rating. It includes a basket of up to 25% which may be invested in the BB ratings category. Average portfolio duration is approximately two years. The fund will generally hold about 100 securities spread over at least 25 industries.

Enhancedyield is available in dollar, euro and sterling share classes.
