1Q Health is a full-service contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) specialising in nutritional supplements and natural pharmaceuticals. Hard capsules, liquids, powders, and tablets are produced at five state-of-the-art production sites in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands under GMP and IFS/FSSC conditions. As a one-stop shop provider, the focus is on supporting dynamic customers throughout the entire product life cycle – from development and production to logistics and regulatory support.

In February 2024, the platform company ABJ was acquired by NORD Holding. Since then, the business has expanded organically and through the acquisitions of HKS Group (February 2025), Vivacell (April 2025), and Beauty Production (August 2025), forming the 1Q Health Group.

These acquisitions have significantly strengthened the Group’s production capabilities, expanded its dosage form portfolio, and enhanced geographic diversification of revenues. In addition, the integration of these businesses has created procurement synergies and enabled the centralisation of key support functions, further reinforcing operational efficiency and scalability
