None of the Indices nor any data relating to the Indices displayed on this page (the Indices and such data, “Data”) is  designed or intended to be a benchmark for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/ 1011 (Regulation on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds), as amended (the “EU Benchmarks Regulation”), the EU Benchmarks Regulation as incorporated into UK law and effective in the UK following the end of the transition period for the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union at 11 p.m. (UK time) on 31 December 2020, as amended (the “UK Benchmarks Regulation” and together with the EU Benchmarks Regulation, the “Relevant Benchmark Regulations”) or equivalent laws or regulations in any other jurisdiction.  References in this notice to “benchmark”, “financial contract”, “financial instrument” and “investment fund” have the meanings given to them in each of the Relevant Benchmark Regulations, and references to “Person” include any natural or legal person.
